Superior Homes Kenya Media Tour was held on 26th September to showcase the various construction projects. They include:  

Greenpark Estate covering 163 acres with stand alone houses occupying 1/4 or 1/8 acre. The entire Greenpark covers Arcadia Mall as a retail centre, Abacus School and Sundowner Hotel. Other projects include Arcadia Mall, Sundowner Hotel, Pazuri at Vipingo which is a 105 acre development with large gardens with 1/4 acre plots, Fadhili Retirement Village, Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge which has 51 villas and a 100 pax conference centre, Supastop (truck stop) at Sultan Hamud, Lukenya plains covering 172 acres with secured perimeter wall. Kanzi Springs in Ruiru  covering 60 acres with street solar lighting, security barrier gate, cabro roads and pavenent, controlled house designs, open spaces and gardens and security barrier gate and Kofi Ridge in Ruiru. Kofi Ridgr consists of 3 bedroom maisonettes that range from 23million to 25 million Kenya Shillings.

KEHPHPU address to President Ruto

(KEHPHPU) The Kenya Environmental Health and Public Health Practitioners Union has issued an urgent appeal to President William Ruto’s administration to prioritize preventive and promotive healthcare through increased investment and strategic reforms. KEHPHPU Secretary-General Hon. Brown Ashira Olaly, the union commended the government for its progressive legislative achievements in 2023, including the Primary Health Care Act, Digital Health Act, Facility Improvement and Financing Act, and the Social Health Insurance Act.
