 Oktoba Fest held on 26th October at Burudani Address, Juja

Upon entry there were two options for a redeemable ticket that was bought at the gate. Option one: 5 bottles of Tusker larger/ Tusker Lite/Tusker Malt/Guinness/White cap. Option two: 4 bottles Tusker Cider/Tusker Lite/Tusker Malt/Guinness/White cap.

There were two performing artists. Chris Kaiga. He has been in the industry for ten years so his success is not overnight. He has hit singles such as zimenice, niko on and bundaz. He is a Kenyan Afro pop artist who is making his mark on the East African scene. 

Boutross. Boutross Munene is a Kenyan rapper, record producer, songwriter and singer. His journey in music began at the age of 12 years old while performing in talent shoes in school. In 2013, he began his professional rap career. In 2023, he dropped a hit, Angela, which trended globally and got one billion views on TikTok. He went ahead and established an independent record label called ADF Music. 

Personally I had a wonderful experience at the event. Getting to personally meet the two performing artists was amazing. The whole entertainment package was also an amazing experience. The whole line up of DJ'S was fabulous as they did their best to keep us entertained.

KEHPHPU address to President Ruto

(KEHPHPU) The Kenya Environmental Health and Public Health Practitioners Union has issued an urgent appeal to President William Ruto’s administration to prioritize preventive and promotive healthcare through increased investment and strategic reforms. KEHPHPU Secretary-General Hon. Brown Ashira Olaly, the union commended the government for its progressive legislative achievements in 2023, including the Primary Health Care Act, Digital Health Act, Facility Improvement and Financing Act, and the Social Health Insurance Act.
