Wildlife Research Training Institute Strategic Plan Launch
At the institute we are committed to strengthening wildlife conservation in Kenya and nurturing skills for sustainable environment stewardship. The board of the institute has been instrumental in shaping these strategies. The end result has been ensuring good governance and strategic direction in formulating the strategic plan 2023-2027. The board has worked closely with management, experts and stakeholders.
WRTI agenda aligns with the Government's efforts to conserve biodiversity and mitigate climate change. It also involves enhancing the capacity of rangers, researchers and wildlife officers.
