Established in December 2009, Yo’ Care South Sudan is a non profit, non political organization. Our staff comesfrom the most prestigious universities in East Africa, the African continent,and across the globe, ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate professionals with expertise in medicine, public and finance.

Yo’ Care South Sudan has operated in 15 counties across six states from 2010 to 2024. Led by a support from 24 active community-based volunteers across five states, we have established a technical team of more than 50 professionalism program management, finance, operations as one of the most reputable and rapidly growing national NGOs in South Sudan.

Our Mission is to strive to become the best entity in the healthcare sector, capable of delivering healthcare, nutrition, and Water, Hygiene, and Sanitation (WASH) services and products to the humanitarian and development interventions to hard-to-reach areas. 

Our Vision is to nurture healthier societies by delivering comprehensive healthcare to the South Sudanese public to address unmet needs thus reducing the health inequality gap for the rural communities.

Yo’ Care began its development operation as an NGO in Khartoum, Sudan, providing post-conflict recovery solutions –such as food security, livelihood integration, and water and sanitation by experienced health professionals in the organization. Yo’ Care is currently implementing projects 

Government Organization healthcare organization incorporated under the laws of the Republic of South Sudan focused on reducing the inequality gap for the rural poor. 

Yo’ Care South Sudan  provides healthcare, pharmaceutical and veterinary products. It focuses exclusively on the provision of healthcare interventions to the local population. 

Since 2010, Yo’ Care South Sudan has been enjoying strong partnerships with the National Ministry Agencies and International NGOs, State Ministries of Health (SMOH), and HIV/AIDS commissions. Yo’ Care South Sudan is a member of the South Sudan Health, WASH, and Nutrition Clusters.

KEHPHPU address to President Ruto

(KEHPHPU) The Kenya Environmental Health and Public Health Practitioners Union has issued an urgent appeal to President William Ruto’s administration to prioritize preventive and promotive healthcare through increased investment and strategic reforms. KEHPHPU Secretary-General Hon. Brown Ashira Olaly, the union commended the government for its progressive legislative achievements in 2023, including the Primary Health Care Act, Digital Health Act, Facility Improvement and Financing Act, and the Social Health Insurance Act. These developments, coupled with the establishment of Primary Health Care Networks, represent positive steps toward a robust healthcare system.
