NGA FORUM



Aspirants (NGA) declared their intent to reshape Kenya’s leadership during a high-energy forum at Ufungamano House in Nairobi today.

The movement, led by John Kamau, its organizing chairperson, seeks to consolidate the youth vote ahead of the 2027 elections, arguing that young Kenyans can no longer remain sidelined in governance.

Gen Zs were called clueless, but we are presenting a clear agenda,” she said, hinting at a new political vehicle for youth candidates.

The group announced plans to: Tour villages to rally support, Form a coalition or merge existing youth-led parties ahead of 2027, Draft a policy blueprint addressing unemployment, corruption, and infrastructure. We will engage everyone—mamas, wazee, vijana. This is our moment.

Kenya’s emerging crop of youthful leaders has today launched a bold political movement aimed at reimagining the country’s future through youth-led leadership, unity, and structural reform. Under the banner New Generation Aspirants (NGA), a diverse coalition of young political hopefuls from across the country unveiled a unified roadmap for national renewal and transformation
