Opening of Sayari All Day Dining Restaurant at Pride Inn, Westlands



PRIDE INN WESTLANDS UNVEILS SAYARI RESTAURANT 

The grand opening of Sayari Restaurant was attended by guests, media and staff of Pride Inn. It was held on 19th July 2024 accompanied by a vibrant celebration. Sayari is a Swahili word which is planet in English. Planet refers to diverse cultures hence friendly interactions. The restaurant is designed to transport guests to a new world of flavors and experiences. Over a million names were browsed and considered before reaching Sayari. The whole team that was searching somehow settled on Sayari. 

The ambience and cuisine were amazing as guests were treated to the unique offerings of Sayari Restaurant. People from different walks of life were brought together to share an amazing culinary experience. 

Sayari Restaurant has opened up employment opportunities with up to 100 households obtaining a livelihood based on the new number of employees who have been hired. This is a significant contribution to creating opportunities within Nairobi City. 

Sayari offers a unique dining experience with innovation and excellence. Unlike most dining that are usually buffet, this one is an a' la carte menu that offers a personalized dining experience. The customer is not limited to a pre-set menu since there is flexibility to experience a personalized dining experience. Also a wider variety of dishes increases the options available to customers. 

The highlight of the evening was the speech by Mr. Hasnain Noorani, Managing Director of Pride Inn. He talked of the Sayari journey, how the name came about. He thanked all the staff for the amazing work they did to ensure the official opening day becomes successful. He mentioned the restaurant's extensive a' la carte menu and the innovative selfieccino coffee machine that prints guest's photo on their coffee. He also mentioned the various weekly events: Greek night, Bollywood night and jazz night. He then declared the restaurant officially opened and invited guests to share in the unique dining experience.

(KEHPHPU) The Kenya Environmental Health and Public Health Practitioners Union has issued an urgent appeal to President William Ruto’s administration to prioritize preventive and promotive healthcare through increased investment and strategic reforms.
